Where Can We Set Up?

We have scouted a few areas close to Asheville for all the views WNC has to offer, but we can always go where you want us to like at an AIRBNB or a private residence. Please be aware in the mountains there is a thing as “Full Bloom” so some areas are not as view friendly as we would hope in peak months.

Do We Provide Alcohol?

We are a BYOB service and provide other drink assortments and mixers, but legally we cannot sell alcohol in our packages.

What If There Is Bad Weather?

We get it, bad weather is unpredictable and especially here in WNC mountains. We will accommodate for rain and provide umbrella/canopy. We monitor the weather 24 hours to your date and decide then. If we must cancel, we will refund 100% of your picnic cost. You also have the option to reschedule to a later date, depending on availability. If you decide to cancel, your picnic cost will NOT be refunded.

Can You Reschedule?

Depending on the circumstance we can reschedule up to 3 months from your original date. If you can’t get back to the area within 3 months a gift certificate will be given to redeem in one year. Rescheduling has to be complete 14 days or more prior to your picnic date. Your 50% Deposit will NOT be refunded.

How To Book

Select which Package works for you and fill out the inquiry form, then we will send you a detailed questionnaire to start planning your luxury picnic. We will be in touch within 48 hours. We will send you a invoice along with a link to pay. Once you submit your 50% deposit your date and time will be reserved. Once the deposit is paid, we reach out to finalize the details, make changes to your booking, and answer questions. We ask for all finalization 14 days prior.

How To Pay

Currently we are accepting payment through VENMO & ZELLE. A 50% Deposit is required, and picnics are nonrefundable.
